Welcome to My Garden Sculptures
My Garden Sculpture's Paverpol Classes allow you to explore your inner artist and have fun doing it.
My Garden Sculptures classes show you how to convert wire, tinfoil and 100% cotton T-shirts into a beautiful outdoor garden sculpture that you can treasure for years. In just one day, students can create and take home their one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
Students don’t need to be artistic, they just need to have an interest in tapping into their creative spirit.
To create a sculpture all students need to do is dip strips of cotton in a Paverpol mixture then drape or wrap the material around a wire figure armature and leave it to dry.
Paverpol dries quickly, but slow enough to allow working time for sculpture design. After 2 weeks or curing, the paverpol sculpture can be placed outside.
Paverpol is a safe, liquid polymer that hardens to a rock-like state in a few days. Paverpol is used to create sculptures that are weather resistant and safe to be outside all year round.
A Paverpol sculpture can withstand extreme frost and be kept outdoors all season no matter how cold or wet it is outside!
Water Based, Non-Toxic, Environmentally Friendly
With the AP seal for non-toxicity from ACMI (Art & Creative Materials Institute) Paverpol is non-toxic and water based. When working with this product, it is not necessary to wear gloves. Simply rinse off hands and tools with warm water. Paverpol is an earth friendly adhesive, like a glue, that you use with natural products to shape.
Paverpol is waterproof and is designed to go outside as garden art, but it is beautiful enough to remain indoors.
Recycle Reuse and Re-purpose Old T-shirts & Other Items
A Paverpol sculpture should be built on a solid frame. Look around your home for something interesting for your sculpture to sit on. Whether it's a piece of wood, a rock, a piece of metal, a candle holder, a piece of driftwood, an old lamp, you are only limited by your imagination!
